Rules and Regulation

1. Admission applications for nursery to VIII classes must be submitted annually on the prescribed form.
2. The academic session at our school commences in June and concludes in May.
3. During the admission process, parents must provide a written declaration of their child’s date of birth, along with an authenticated extract from the registrar of birth (corporation/municipality/gram panchayat) or a hospital record. Additionally, a parent/guardian must present an affidavit before a magistrate.
4. Students who have attended any recognized school can seek admission by submitting a transfer certificate from their previous school.
5. If a student needs to be withdrawn before the end of the academic year, one month’s written notice or payment of one month’s fee instead of notice is required.
6. If a student is expelled from the school, no certificate will be issued until all outstanding dues to the school have been settled.
7. Written requests for a Transfer Certificate should be directed to the Head Master, and a prescribed fee must be paid to obtain the certificate. Normally, duplicate copies of the Transfer Certificate are not provided.
8. Students are strictly prohibited from bringing or wearing valuable items such as mobile and gold jewelry. The school cannot be held responsible for any loss of such items.
9. Strangers are not permitted to meet the students.
10. Parents and guardians are responsible for promptly notifying the school of any changes in their address or telephone numbers.
11. It is expected that parents and guardians maintain a cordial and polite demeanor when interacting with the school staff, even in challenging situations. Additionally, parents are requested to adhere to the appropriate dress code when entering the school premises.
